1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, using your credit card at SNB Online is safe because we have installed industry standard secure server technology to scramble all information gathered from our customers at the time of purchase/payment. This means that any personal information is unreadable while it travels to our web server computers. SNB Online does not store credit card numbers. For more information on security click here.


2. Will my personal information be safe?
Collected personal information will only be used by authorized Service New Brunswick staff to fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected or for a use consistent with that purpose. We do not disclose your information to other public bodies.


3. What if I have a problem with my payment?

4. What are my payment options?
SNB Online accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express or debit card. All prices are in Canadian dollars.


5. Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Yes. At the end of your transaction, you are shown a "Purchase/Payment Confirmation" screen. You may print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. You will also receive an order confirmation by email which you can retain for your records.


6. When will my payment be processed?
All payments are processed on the following business day. It is a good idea to make your payment two to three days before the due date to make sure that the payment is received on time.

7. Does SNB charge a service fee for paying on-line?
No. There are no additional costs for paying through SNB On-line.


8. Can I make future dated payments?
No. Your credit card will be billed on the day of the transaction.


9. If I've made a mistake, how do I go about getting a refund?
Please contact the individual bill merchants (municipalities, government departments, etc.) for all refund requests.
