1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, using your credit card at SNB Online is safe because we have installed industry standard secure server technology to scramble all information gathered from our customers at the time of purchase. This means that any personal information is unreadable while it travels to our web server computers. SNB Online does not store credit card numbers. For more information on security click here.


2. Will my personal information be safe?
Collected personal information will only be used by authorized Service New Brunswick staff to fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected or for a use consistent with that purpose. We do not disclose your information to other public bodies.


3. What if I have a problem with my order?

4. What are my payment options?
SNB Online accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express or debit card. All prices are in Canadian dollars.


5. Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Yes. At the end of your transaction, you are shown a "Purchase Confirmation" screen. You may print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. You will also receive an order confirmation by email which you can retain for your records.


6. What are the shipping costs?
Currently, purchases will have a shipping fee of $3.00 per order.

7. How much Sales Tax will I pay?
Sales tax will apply to your purchase from SNB Online at the rate in effect at the shipping address. NB, NS and NF customers will be charged GST or HST as required. All other provinces will be charged GST.


8. Does SNB Online offer International shipping?
We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of Canada.  We will deliver ANYWHERE in Canada.


9. How do I return a product?

10. Can I order a product and ask you to ship to someone else?
Yes, you can order a product and have it shipped to another address. Just enter the address you want your product delivered to in the "Shipping" portion of the "Pay" process.


11. If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days by Canada Post service.
