2. What do I do if I forget to print the 14 days Temporary Vehicle Permit?
You will have to write up one of your own 14 day temporary permits from the book issued by the Department of Public Safety.

3. How long will it take the clients to receive their registration and stickers in the mail?
They should receive their registration and stickers within 7 business days.

4. What happens if the registration and stickers have not been received after 7 business days?

5. What should I do if I run out of plates or if I am getting low on plates?

6. Does it cost extra to use the Auto Dealer Online Application?
Yes, there is an additional cost of $4.00 per transaction.

7. What if we get an error message and cannot complete a transaction?

8. What if the vehicle registration is expired and we wish to transfer the ownership without renewing it?
These vehicles cannot be transferred online. You must have this transaction processed at your nearest SNB location.

10. What types of vehicles can I register online?
You can register and transfer passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, conservation plated vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds.

11. How do I know my registration was successful?
If the 14-day Temporary Vehicle Permit was printed, the transaction was successful.

The 14-day Temporary Vehicle Permit is your receipt.

You will send SNB a copy of the NVIS card or registration form, the daily transaction report and a copy of the insurance card.
