1. How do I proceed if my vehicle registration renewal date is within the next 60 days?
Please call SNB Teleservices at 1-888-762-8600 Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.- 8:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m or visit your nearest SNB location. We will renew and change your address for you at the same time.

2. Why must I provide contact information and my e-mail address?
We will need to get in touch with you in the event we have questions about the information that you have provided. Your contact information is not kept once your request has been processed.

3. Will my personal information be safe?
Collected personal information will only be used by authorized Service New Brunswick personel to fulfill the purpose for which it was originally collected or for a use consistent with that purpose. We do not disclose your information to other public bodies.

4. What if I don't have a phone and/or an e-mail address?
To have your request completed, please call SNB Teleservices at 1-888-762-8600 Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.- 8:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m. or visit your nearest SNB location,

5. What is the cost to request a change my address?
There is no charge for this service.

6. My name has changed. Can I still change my address online?
Yes. However, you cannot change your name on line as you must show proof of the name change. Visit an SNB location and bring your support documents (i.e. court order, marriage certificate, etc) as soon as possible to have your name properly recorded.

7. My street name did not appear as a choice or my address appears incorrect?
Please check the postal code that you have entered. If you have entered it incorrectly, please enter it correctly and try again. If the postal code was entered correctly, please call SNB Teleservices at 1-888-762-8600 Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.- 8:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m. or visit your nearest SNB location.

8. Can I have my street type in any language on my documents?
Street and municipality names are the official names recognized by the municipalities and cannot be translated. However, three (3) street types have a unique equivalent in the other official language: ST/RUE; AVE/AV; BLVD/BOUL. For more information on Canada Post language considerations click here.

9. What if there are more than 6 members in my household?
Please complete your request for the first 6 members and then submit a new request for the remaining members.

10. What if I have a problem with my request?

12. What if I have more than 6 vehicles?
Please complete your request for the first 6 vehicles and then submit a new request for the remaining vehicles.

13. What documents will you be sending me?
Depending on your request, you will receive new vehicle registrations, and parking placard registrations. You will not receive anything from Medicare or property tax.

14. When can I expect to receive my documents?
Your request will be processed and mailed out within 3-7 business days by Canada Post service. If you do not receive them please call SNB Teleservices at 1-888-762-8600 Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.- 8:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m. or email us at snb@snb.ca.

15. Can I request an address change online for someone else?
You can request a change of address for the members of your household only, which includes spouses and children.

16. What do I do with my old registrations?
Once you receive your new vehicle registrations, please destroy the old.

17. What if my mailing address is different from my residential address?
A New Brunswick residential address is required and will appear on your vehicle registrations. If you have a mailing address which is different from your residential address and you want it to also appear please call SNB Teleservices at 1-888-762-8600 Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.- 8:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m. or visit your nearest SNB location.
