The Registry and information contained therein is the sole property of the government of New Brunswick. Access to the Registry is being provided solely for the purpose of facilitating public inquiries on registrations.

Information set out in the Registry is extracted from documents duly filed with or issued by the Corporate Registry. As such, the database is not the official legal record. The official record is the documents on file at the Registry itself. Copies and certified copies of such documents are available from the Branch at a cost of $10 and $20 respectively.
