Service New Brunswick offers convenient, one-stop shopping for customers of government services. SNB's network of service centres and electronic service options provide an effective gateway for providers of services to the public. Clients using SNB's gateway include several branches of the provincial government, NBTel, NB Power, some municipalities and the Government of Canada.

Over 140 services are delivered to the public through a network of 36 offices and Service New Brunswick TeleServices (Call Centre).
