• The financial statement should be prepared 10 days before the annual owners’ meeting. This must be reviewed by a CA (Chartered Accountant) or a CGA (Certified General Account) or a CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
• Proof of insurance for the common property only.
• A copy of the Reserve Fund Study must be submitted within 30 days after it has been completed.
