11 Units and more: - List the Directors - use Form 9 and the person filling the form must sign.
Documents
1 to 10 Units:
- The financial statement should be prepared 10 days before the annual owners’ meeting.
- Proof of insurance is for the common property only.
11 Units and more:
- The financial statement should be prepared 10 days before the annual owners’ meeting. This must be reviewed by a CA (Chartered Accountant) or a CGA (Certified General Account) or a CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
- Proof of insurance for the common property only.
- A copy of the Reserve Fund Study must be submitted within 30 days after it has been completed.
